We build a suite of products ranging from self-custody disaster recovery to identity management to hosted cryptographic services for institutional and retail users. Named after the protective bunkers used in the CASTLE nuclear tests, we offer trusted infrastructure for safeguarding assets against wallet provider interruptions and failures while also meeting complex security and regulatory needs. As we rapidly expand our capabilities, we are seeking an exceptional FP&A Manager to join our team.

The Role

We're seeking our first finance hire to build and lead our financial operations from the ground up. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build financial infrastructure, processes, and controls
• Own monthly close, financial reporting, and cash management
• Create and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Manage budgeting process across departments
• Participate fundraising preparation and investor reporting
• Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Create and monitor financial reporting for executive team and Board
• Oversee accounting operations, including AP/AR and payroll
• Implement internal controls and accounting policies
• Partner with department heads on budgeting and performance analysis
• Support fundraising and investor relations activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Experience with accounting software and reporting tools
• Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance
• Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
