Director of Strategic Finance - Remote Role!

Join a high growth company building the future of health & wellness as the Director of Strategic Finance, directly reporting to the VP of Finance, and interacting with the c-suite on a daily basis.

Perfect role for anyone who wants to transition out of I-banking, Private Equity, or who is already in a Strategic Finance or FP&A role and wants to be part of a growing business.

What you'll do:

• Scale and improve the org's finance function
• Support valuation, M&A, and partnerships process
• Develop financial planning process - budgeting, forecasting, long term planning
• Financial modeling & forecasting at the corporate and practice level - track and analyze key variances
• Make decks and investor materials
• Build and develop your team

Who you are

• 6+ years of experience in Investing Banking, Private Equity, in-house Strategic Finance or FP&A (or some combo of those backgrounds)
• Empathetic, low-ego leader who can recruit, manage, and retain a strong team
• Good sense of humor!

Compensation: $175k - $200k base salary + cash bonus + equity
