We're looking for a gun Setter/Closer Hybrid who lives for the thrill of the close and loves turning cold leads into warm conversations and warm conversations into committed clients. If you know how to start real conversations, build trust fast, handle objections like a pro, and consistently hit targets -- we want you on our team.

This role is not just about sales; it's about building relationships, understanding the specific needs of female entrepreneurs, and providing them with solutions that will not only meet their business needs but also inspire and empower them to reach new heights in their entrepreneurial journey.

You'll own the full sales process -- from prospecting and outreach through to discovery calls and closing -- where your expertise in sales and deep understanding of business will be crucial in presenting and selling our specialised programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by building and managing your own pipeline from first touch to close.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach, identifying women who are the right fit for SHE-com's programs.
  • Book and run discovery calls, understanding client needs and effectively communicating the value of SHE-com's programs using HubSpot CRM.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs set by the executive team.
  • Drive sales of our Start-Up Program, Academy Course, Scale Mastermind Program and Circle Mastermind Program, tailoring your approach to each client's stage in their business journey.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement and retention.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or a related field such as high-ticket programs. Experience in both setting and closing is highly valued.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills with the ability to generate and qualify your own opportunities.
  • An understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the unique challenges faced by female entrepreneurs considered a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a variety of audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities and effectively navigate objections during outreach and calls.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems and lead management processes.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Availability to work 3-6 hours a day in this role.
