1.    Job Purpose/Overview:  

We are seeking an experienced Industry Marketing Manager Contractor to join on a maternity cover contract, leading the strategy and execution of high-impact marketing programs across priority growth industries.

Contract runs from last week May 2026 to first week January 2027.

This role is focused on driving account-based marketing (ABM) and integrated campaigns that build pipeline, accelerate revenue, and increase customer engagement across both new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion.

You will work closely with global sales and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver measurable results, leveraging data, insights, and tools such as 6sense to optimise performance.

Your team. 

You will be a key member of the Industry Marketing team, operating remotely as part of the broader marketing organization. The wider Marketing team includes specialists in brand, content/creative, communications, PR, and digital marketing. Through virtual collaboration, the team leverages diverse expertise to deliver effective, comprehensive marketing strategies across regions, increasing brand presence and engaging target audiences globally.

2.  Primary Responsibilities:  

·      Plan, execute, and optimise integrated go-to-market campaigns, including ABM, digital, field, and event-based programs

·      Lead ABM strategy and execution across target accounts and key industry segments using 6sense

·      Drive engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue impact across both new and existing customers

·      Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimise based on data-driven insights

·      Partner closely with global sales and regional marketing teams to align priorities and maximise impact

·      Collaborate with digital, brand, and content teams to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns

·      Manage timelines, budgets, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives

·      Operate effectively in a remote, global environment, ensuring strong communication across time zones

3. Qualifications/Skills and knowledge:

·      Proven experience in B2B field marketing and ABM, ideally within industrial or SaaS environments

·      Strong working knowledge of 6sense a must

·      Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive marketing performance and pipeline growth

·      Experience executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns (events, digital, webinars, paid media)

·      Ability to work effectively across global time zones and in cross-functional teams

·      Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to hit the ground running

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

3. Personal Qualities:

·      Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills

·      Proactive, self-sufficient, and results-oriented

·      Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

·      Detail-oriented with excellent project management capabilities

·      Collaborative mindset with experience working remotely

4. Location and Travel:

·         Remote role based in EMEA

·         Willingness to travel internationally as required (~10% of time) including the ability to travel to Seattle, US for a meeting 2-5 June 2026

·         Occasional attendance at global team meetings and industry events.
