What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creative requests across various channels, ensuring clear objectives and timelines are established
• Build and maintain project schedules, assigning tasks across designers, copywriters, and other contributors
• Track projects from kickoff through delivery, proactively identifying risks and clarifying dependencies
• Navigate a cross-functional environment, facilitating alignment on scope, timing, and trade-offs
• Help refine and document workflows, templates, and checklists for creative processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5-8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a creative, marketing, or digital context
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment
• Experience working closely with creative teams, marketing/channel owners, and leadership
• Proficiency with project/work management tools such as Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet, or Jira
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project management certification is a plus but not required
