About the Role

The Project Manager will plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This remote role requires the management of strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments and with external partners, and ensuring projects align with organizational standards and objectives. The position plays a key role in driving business performance and operational success.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional strategic initiatives to meet business objectives
• Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, department leaders, and external partners
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity
• Create and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and performance metrics
• Provide regular progress reports to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and business goals
• Support development and implementation of project best practices and innovations

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience with strategic, high-impact initiatives
• Project Management Professional certification
• Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
• Strong leadership skills and ability to earn trust and respect of peers
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, data driven, and highly organized problem solver
• Experience supporting multiple projects within a corporate environment
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Skilled at identifying and mitigating project risks and adjusting plans as needed
