We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative garment developer with strong technical apparel experience to help refine and develop a unique hoodie design for our emerging streetwear brand. This is a freelance opportunity for an experienced professional who excels in pattern development, technical garment construction, and high-end streetwear aesthetics.

Our brand is built on creativity, craftsmanship, and storytelling. Each piece we create is thoughtfully designed, blending function with bold design concepts. This particular project involves a complex hood construction, requiring an expert eye for seam placement, material selection, and overall structural integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in garment pattern development, particularly hoodies or outerwear
• Ability to transform concept sketches into comprehensive, production-ready tech packs
• Strong understanding of fabric selection, especially high-GSM organic cotton
• Experience with 3D garment visualisation (such as CLO3D or similar software)
• Confidence in refining layered hood structures for both function and aesthetics
• A deep understanding of streetwear craftsmanship and technical execution

You think outside the box and bring expert-level creativity to technical problem-solving. This is not a standard hoodie — we are developing something that pushes the boundaries of streetwear construction, and we are looking for someone who thrives on detail, innovation, and functionality.
