General Qualifications:

• 4-5+ years of professional experience as a content designer, preferably in the healthcare industry
• A background in Digital Behavior change (DBCI) & working within mobile health apps, wearable devices, Telehealth platforms, Online support communities & interactive websites
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.
• Contentful or AEM is a plus
• Proficiency in Figma
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and regulations is a plus.
