Role: Creative Designer Description of work to be performed:
- Create highly effective designs for digital marketing campaigns, event experiences, interactive experiences, and corporate collateral.
- Create and format all visual elements for campaigns across social media, email, interactive, video, print, focusing on typography, layout, imagery, iconography, and brand consistency.

- As a Creative Designer , you will play a pivotal role in driving creative excellence, innovation, and strategic design execution.
- You will lead high-impact design initiatives, collaborate across teams, and influence brand direction at an organizational level.
- Your ability to integrate creative vision with market and industry insights will set the standard for exceptional design solutions. You will also serve as a mentor, fostering a culture of feedback, learning, and collaboration across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities Concepts, strategic thinking, presentation skills, systems thinking, and collaboration.
- Evolve and refine visual brand identity and deliver visual systems and impactful design solutions that strengthen brand across Consumer, Enterprise, Corporate, Internal, and Event marketing.
- Support the design development of high impact presentation materials and event experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams, product teams, and social media teams, to ensure superior quality, cohesion, and impact of creative solutions across all marketing touchpoints.
- Drive concept development from start to finish by integrating fresh, innovative ideas into marketing and brand strategies. Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in design, brand strategy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale creative projects and strategic initiatives.
- Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and storytelling techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing sr stakeholders.
- Graphic design expertise in typography, layout, color, and brand systems and applying these for a variety of platforms, including web, mobile, and print.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, developing designs that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to define systematic, creative solutions that enable efficiency, reuse, and scale.
- Comfort with managing multiple projects of varying complexities at once, meeting deadlines, working independently and well under pressure.
- Experience shaping and developing global brands through graphic design, communication design and advertising.
- Understanding of core marketing principles and how design influences customer engagement and user experience.
- Fluency in current graphic design practices and motion design.
- Experienced in working in large design teams with multiple communication channels.
Experience Level Expert Level Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
