Job Summary The Marketing and Communications Officer will specifically support our Prometheus and Mountain Healthcare businesses within the RCI Group providing a full marketing and communications remit to each business whilst helping to drive the businesses forward. Main duties of the job You will lead Marketing initiatives, be responsible for their implementation and then report back to the Managing Director on their effectiveness. You will also be making recommendations that feed into financial planning for the following year. The purpose of these marketing initiatives will be wide ranging, from supporting business development to raising awareness for our services in the community, and keeping our employee base of 450 people up to date and engaged in business activity. This role requires a self-starter who can think independently and use their expertise to shape the function, but most importantly someone who cares about supporting a healthcare business that wants to create positive impact in the community and support people in need.
