Payrate: $120,000 per year, with performance-based commission

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join a rapidly growing company in the
agricultural sector. As the first official sales representative for the company in Western Australia, you
will play a key role in expanding the business and establishing a presence in this important region.
This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, with a focus on driving new business and forging
strong relationships with customers in the agricultural and farming sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• New Business Sales: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the agricultural
and farm sectors.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, lead
generation, presentations, and negotiations to closing deals.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key
stakeholders in the farming and agriculture industries.
• Market Expansion: Work in Western Australia, focusing on Perth and surrounding areas, with
the understanding that many customers will be located in more rural areas.
• Industry Expertise: Leverage your experience selling into the agriculture/farm sector to
effectively understand and address the unique needs of farmers.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and
services to customers.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in New Business Sales: A proven track record in acquiring new business, with a
focus on sales cycles and exceeding targets.
• Industry Experience: Strong experience or knowledge of selling products/services into the
agriculture or farming sector.
• Sales Cycle Knowledge: Must have a deep understanding of the complete sales cycle, from
lead generation to closing deals.
• Relationship Building: Ability to develop strong relationships with clients in rural and farming
communities.
• Self-Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in achieving sales targets.
