Job Overview:
We have a client requirement for a UK-based candidate to manage and execute digital investor events. The role will primarily focus on organizing, hosting, and overseeing investor calls and webinars, with an emphasis on professional Zoom management. If you have strong experience in digital events and operations, this could be an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:Virtual Event Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and execute approximately 20 investor calls per quarter on Zoom.
- Organize additional webinars and virtual events, including hybrid regional and global town halls.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Content Development
- Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to develop presentation materials, agendas, and talking points for investor calls and webinars.
Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event planning, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information before, during, and after events.
Technical Management
- Set up and manage webinar platforms and conferencing tools.
- Ensure all technical aspects of events run smoothly, including video hosting, Q&A management, and troubleshooting issues during live calls.
Promotion & Marketing
- Work with marketing colleagues to promote digital events through email campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), investor portals (Investor Flow), social media (LinkedIn), and company websites (Adobe).
Follow-Up & Reporting
- Prepare and distribute post-event summaries, recordings, and materials to investors and internal stakeholders.
- Gather feedback and analyze event performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of investor interactions and event attendance.
- Provide investor call recordings within 48 hours and generate reports on engagement metrics.
Hosting & Presentation
- Professionally introduce and welcome speakers during live webcasts.
- Ensure smooth transitions between speakers and engage the audience with an enthusiastic and professional communication style.
- Accommodate early morning and late-night calls to support global audiences.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all communications and materials adhere to regulatory and company requirements, with compliance review and approval.
Additional Marketing Support
- During periods between calls, assist with various digital marketing projects and events as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in virtual event management.
- Experience in investor relations, marketing, or a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in webinar and conferencing tools, especially Zoom (experience with On24, WebEx, or GoToWebinar is beneficial).
- Flexibility to accommodate early morning and late-night calls to support global audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of investment management and investor relations is a plus.
- Customer service orientation with a professional and engaging communication style.
