Our client, a scaling B2B SaaS company in the HR Tech space, is hiring for a pivotal new role on their team, a Product Marketing Director. They are an international company with offices all over the world and circa 150 employees.

Reporting into the Group Innovation Manager, this role will focus on their learning management system which has over 2,500 online courses. You will drive the positioning, messaging, and demand generation for their products, working closely with Product and Marketing teams.

About the Role:

• Conduct market research to understand what your customers want and how your competitors compare.
• Craft engaging product messaging and marketing strategies.
• Create and execute marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Plan and manage new product launches from start to finish.
• Act as a thought leader through speaking engagements, webinars, and content creation.
• Support sales teams with training and marketing collateral.

About You

• Solid experience working in a senior product marketing role.
• A SaaS background is essential - ideally in Safety Critical Industries
• Experience working in a startup or scale up would be ideal
• Proven track record in developing, effectively communicating, and executing product marketing strategies
• Strong strategic thinking and market research skills.
• Experience in data-driven marketing and campaign effectiveness analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management
