Modern Picnic is a female founded brand that makes chic, functional + sustainable solutions for packing, carrying + storing your food, designed to take you from the kitchen to your busy day. We believe that you should eat well, live well, and look well by combining fashion + function. We got our start with our viral first-to-market Luncher, but have since expanded our assortment from pouches, to Tote bags, to food storage solutions + more, that you'll never want to leave home without.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Part Time Community Marketing Manager to support our partnerships, influencer, and ambassador initiatives while managing key marketing tasks.

Responsibilities:Brand Partnerships

  • Proactively conduct weekly outreach to potential brand partners, securing at least 5 strategic collaborations per month for social media giveaways, on-site activations, co-branded influencer gifting, and more.
  • Manage end-to-end partnership communication, from initial outreach and ideation to execution and post-partnership analysis.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and reports to optimize future collaborations.

Influencer Marketing

  • Lead and execute monthly gifting campaigns in alignment with Modern Picnic’s marketing calendar, including sourcing, vetting, outreach, and ongoing communication.
  • Strategically coordinate 15 influencer gifting partnerships per month, aiming for a 75% posting rate.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor and track influencer content, providing regular performance reports and insights to the team.

Ambassador Program

  • Lead and manage the Ambassador Program from inception to execution, ensuring seamless operations and growth.
  • Evaluate and onboard new ambassadors via Buzzbassador in alignment with program guidelines to maintain a strong and engaged community.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ambassadors, overseeing all communications via Instagram, Facebook Groups, and email.
  • Plan and execute both in-person and virtual events, fostering meaningful connections and brand engagement.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to keep ambassadors actively involved while driving brand awareness and sales.

Other

  • Continuously update tracking sheets and organizational documents
  • Provide weekly updates via email on key initiatives
  • Ensure completion of all monthly deliverables
  • Coordinate and execute brand events as needed 
  • Ability to create content for brand partnerships is a plus

Commitment & Expectations

  • Part-time, remote, flexible hours as long as deliverables are met 
  • Biweekly or weekly check in calls
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience
