Complete % Commission Feature for Bitcoin Lotto App

I'm looking for an ambitious developer to finish off a feature for my Bitcoin(fork) Lotto application. The feature has been started by another dev but I need the feature to be finished asap to comply with a specific window of opportunity.

This will be a trial run as I am also looking for a dev for more long-term work following this and living in the UK would be advantageous but not necessary.

The Lotto Application is done and players can purchase a weekly ticket, the winner is selected at random and they receive the prize fund to their wallet automatically.

I belong to a large community of users who will use this tool.

The commission system will allow sellers of Lotto tickets to receive a commission and will have the following features:

- Menu item + Short description of how it works and how users can sign up to be a ticket seller

- Ticket Seller Register/Login page on website

- Ticket Seller affiliate page on website showing their affiliate link and QR code(to affiliate link) that they can go and get their affiliate link from whenever they want

- The same ticket purchasing flow to be shown on their affiliate link once they are signed up so if someone clicks their affiliate link, they will see the usual page to buy tickets.

- % commission goes automatically to the ticket sellers designated wallet

I believe the majority of the code work for the commission function is done so you would need to just review the current code to understand how it all works and finish off the work.

I have a bunch of other bigger projects which I'm looking for a dev for and this lotto project will potentially lead to regular work in an exciting, leading edge of blockchain development.

I am looking for a long term-relationship with a quality dev to build amazing things.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Prior experience in developing lottery and/or commission functions will be a significant advantage.

- Strong understanding of Bitcoin, Bitcoin forks, other utxo chains and their associated technologies.

- Knowledge and experience in working with smart contracts.

- Experience/knowledge of backends (Python + others)

- I already have the UI design

- Experienced Front end skillset

- Languages: C++, Python, HTML, CSS as a start.

Please note: This project is something I want to discuss in much more detail with developers who bid, who I believe would be a good fit to outline the full vision and the future work. The details, I believe, will be very interesting to the right devs.
