About You

We’re looking for a creative and strategic storyteller with a passion for social change. You thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and know how to engage audiences with compelling content. You’re:

  • A natural communicator who writes with clarity and authenticity.
  • Passionate about social enterprise, sustainability, and purpose-led leadership.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • A team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Keen to learn, experiment, and grow in a dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that amplifies our mission and engages our audience.
  • Create and manage high-quality content (written, visual, and video) for multiple platforms.
  • Use tools like Canva and CapCut (or similar) for basic graphic design and video editing.
  • Run and optimise paid LinkedIn campaigns (Meta ads experience is a plus).
  • Analyse performance metrics and refine strategies using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Blaze.ai, Buffer, Hootsuite).

What You Bring

  • Experience managing social media for purpose-driven organisations.
  • Strong copywriting skills and a knack for creating engaging content.
  • Proficiency in design and video editing tools like Canva & CapCut.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
