Role Overview

As an Account Manager at Helppli, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their marketing, branding, and development needs are met with strategic and results-driven solutions. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with our internal teams to deliver high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing their marketing and development needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support client growth.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Regularly communicate progress, updates, and results to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role in marketing, branding, or development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and web development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in client management.
• Experience in the childcare industry will be highly regarded but not essential.
