About The Role We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to power our next stage of growth. You’ll be right in the action—expanding our customer base, building great relationships, and driving sales across a mix of accounts. From spotting new opportunities to helping our clients thrive, you’ll play a key role in shaping our growth strategy, uncovering new opportunities, and helping our clients succeed. What You'll Do

  • Grow the Business – Expand our customer base by building strong connections, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that help them thrive.
  • Build Meaningful Relationships – Develop trust with clients, offer valuable insights, and work with them to achieve their goals.
  • Drive Sales & Close Deals – Identify new opportunities, pitch our solutions with confidence, and seal the deal. You’ll take prospects from interest to long-term success.
  • Think Big, Move Fast – Spot trends, uncover opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to the table. Your insights will help shape our growth strategy and keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Work Smart, Stay Organised – Keep track of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in our CRM (we use HubSpot). You’ll stay on top of your pipeline and keep things moving.
  • Collaborate & Innovate – Work with our training, compliance, and account management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success for our clients.
  • Have Fun & Make an Impact – We’re growing fast, and we want you to enjoy the ride! You’ll be part of a dynamic team that’s changing the game in the aesthetics industry.

We'd love you to have

  • Sales & Growth Experience- You should have a strong sales and business development background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You know how to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships.
  • Smart & Strategic Thinking – A natural problem-solver with strong business instincts. You can spot opportunities, adapt quickly, and make things happen.
  • Communication that Connects – You’re a strong communicator—clear, persuasive, and great at building trust, whether over the phone, in person, or in writing.
  • Results-Driven & Relationship-Focused – You don’t just chase numbers; you build meaningful partnerships that lead to long-term success.
  • Tech-Savvy & Organised – Comfortable with Google business tools and CRM software (HubSpot preferred). You keep your pipeline clean and your follow-ups on point.
  • Adaptable & Ready to Roll – Thrives in a fast-moving environment and open to travel within assigned states as needed.
