The Role:

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Foolproof, you'll play a crucial role in the design and development of digital products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and create compelling designs that meet our clients' needs. This is a remote role, but you must be comfortable with regular (paid) travel to client sites across the US. This is an initial 6-month contract.Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create interactive prototypes using Figma (preferred) and other design tools (Adobe XD, v0.dev, bolt.new, etc.).
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Apply user-centered design principles, interaction design best practices, and responsive design techniques.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure UI consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers in an Agile environment.
• Utilize AI tools and methodologies to improve design efficiency.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills (portfolio review is mandatory).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Experience with design systems and maintaining UI consistency.
• Familiarity with AI tools and methodologies to enhance design efficiency.
• Experience working in Agile development processes.
• Must be able to travel regularly to client locations within the US.
