About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing team in Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with a strong passion for healthcare innovation and a proven ability to navigate complex B2B enterprise sales.
As the Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within health systems, hospitals, and healthcare delivery organizations across Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to localize strategies and establish a strong footprint in one of our most important emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage with healthcare organizations across Australia to drive new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into successful sales
- Manage full-cycle enterprise B2B sales processes, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Clinical to tailor solutions to local market needs
- Represent Datos Health at relevant industry events and conferences in Australia
- Provide market feedback and local insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BSc) from a recognized university
- 2 - 5 years of experience in selling technology solutions to healthcare organizations (e.g., hospitals, health systems, or other delivery providers)
- Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B sales cycles, preferably within healthcare or digital health sectors
- Strong familiarity with the Australian Healthcare System, ideally with professional experience in Sydney or Melbourne
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
