We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our remote team. Availability: Full-time Job Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: 3+ years Company Description: Valutico is a B2B FinTech scale-up, internationally operating a financial analytics platform that empowers financial services providers and valuation practitioners with data-driven tools to conduct their analyses more efficiently. What are we looking for: A highly motivated HR Specialist to join our team with 3+ years of relevant work experience, particularly in regards to recruitment (either agency or in-house). You will report to the HR Manager, and primarily focus on recruiting new team members worldwide, whilst assisting with HR Administration and the development of internal HR policies. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Actively participate in company wide recruitment including requirements gathering, sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager
  • Compile and update employee records on Google Drive & People Force
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (events, meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, per diems, expenses etc)
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

RequirementsWhat you need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a role involving talent acquisition or recruitment. This can be either agency or inhouse.
  • Dedicated work ethic, proactive attitude and commitment to a goal-oriented environment
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced and entrepreneurial organization
  • Experience recruiting for a tech start up / scale up across multiple departments including: Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success
  • Hands-on experience with a HRIS - we use People Force
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases - we use Workable
  • Experience using the Google Suite of products (Preferred)
  • Experience of editing employment contracts whilst using a template
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws or a willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Fluency in English
