Social Media Marketing Specialist - Part time

Working remotely, you will oversee all aspects of social media management and digital advertising, focusing on lead generation and brand visibility. The position requires a strategic thinker who can independently develop and execute campaigns across multiple platforms to attract and engage potential clients. Deliverables

• Develop and implement targeted social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google Business, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to the construction industry, highlighting company projects and services.
• Maintain and regularly update Google Business listings to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and online reach.
• Identify and engage with potential customers and industry partners to build a robust online community.
• Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements for future initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media and digital advertising for small businesses, preferably in the construction or related sectors.
