About us: We're a Web3 skill-gaming startup building the World's Most Rewarding Real Money Gaming Platform. Think Snake tournaments, Chess head-to-heads, crypto Coin Flips and more. To date, we've onboarded 650K+ users across our test apps and are now scaling our webapp.

Role Summary:

TLDR: A casino CRM pro who knows how to turn signups into depositors and depositors into loyal players. Own our player communications and lifecycle strategy, working directly with the CEO.

We're looking for someone with hands-on CRM experience at an online casino, sportsbook, or real-money gaming company. You'll own the full player lifecycle: onboarding flows, deposit conversion, reactivation campaigns, retention, and promotional strategy. The ideal candidate understands player psychology, bonus economics, and what actually moves the needle on FTD and LTV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and own onboarding flows that convert signups to FTD
  • Design retention and reactivation campaigns for lapsed players
  • Develop the promotional calendar and CRM strategy for tournaments, events, and special moments
  • Set up segmentation and personalization to target the right players with the right messages
  • Work with the product team to optimize the player journey
  • Report on CRM performance and continuously iterate

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years CRM or lifecycle marketing at an online casino, sportsbook, or gambling company (required)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Customer.io, Brevo, Iterable, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of player lifecycle: onboarding, conversion, retention, reactivation
  • Data-driven mindset—you test, measure, and optimize
  • Crypto/Web3 familiarity a plus but not required
