Part-Time Content Creator
For the festival, event and entertainment sector
Location: Remote (UK-based, preferably Bristol but not essential)
Type: Part-time, 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8 hours per day with flexible start / finish times)
Salary: £30k per annum (pro rata £18,000)
Start Date: February / March 2025 (ASAP)
About The Role
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator to design and produce videos, graphics, and static content for our clients in the events, festival, and entertainment industry.
From festivals and candlelight concerts to international events, shows, and tours, you’ll be at the heart of bringing these experiences to life through social content.
If you love hopping on TikTok trends, creating snappy lo-fi video content, and designing eye-catching graphics, then this is the perfect role for you!

The Role
We’re looking for a Content Creator who can take content from idea to execution across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring it aligns with client goals and expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Video editing, graphic design, and creative storytelling
- Creating lo-fi and high-quality edits, from UGC-style videos to professional promo content
- Writing captions and engaging copy for posts
- Planning and scheduling content for clients and The Ticket Crowd
- Developing creative briefs for videographers, photographers, and designers
- Presenting and sharing creative concepts with clients and the Ticket Crowd team
Who You Are
- A creative with a strong understanding of TikTok and social media trends
- A skilled video editor who can produce engaging short-form content
- A graphic designer with experience using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects
- A strong copywriter who can craft engaging captions
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage projects independently
- Passionate about events and entertainment
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communicator in presenting ideas and creative briefs to clients
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong graphic design skills (e.g Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social trends
- Experience writing short-form, engaging copy
- Ability to create clear creative briefs and work with external content creators
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and the team
- Experience in the events, festivals, or entertainment sectors is a plus
