Job Title: Graphic Designer & Events Executive

Location: Remote (UK-based) with travel to UK events

Salary: £23,500–£30,000 (depending on experience), plus benefits

The Role

As Graphic Designer & Events Executive, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across digital and print, ensuring consistency in branding. You will also play an active role in supporting event logistics and managing social media content. This is a dynamic and varied role, offering creative freedom and the chance to contribute directly to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of event materials, including agendas, lanyards, social media graphics, and marketing assets using Adobe InDesign and Canva.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all design outputs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all visual content aligns with event themes and audience expectations.
• Manage and update social media platforms, posting engaging content to promote events and maintain audience engagement.
• Support event logistics, including on-site assistance at events across the UK (travel required).
• Edit video content for marketing and event highlights.
• Ensure all content is visually compelling, on-brand, and optimised for various platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Canva (experience with other Adobe Suite tools is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, high-quality designs.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to take ownership of projects.
• Experience in social media management and/or video editing is a bonus.
• Ability to travel to UK events (approximately 15+ per year).
