Our experienced team brings years of expertise from leading crypto projects. We are seeking a talented Marketing Designer to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission! Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality marketing assets, including social media visuals, landing pages, ads, and email templates, in line with Blum’s brand identity
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align creative outputs with strategic goals.
• Utilize marketing metrics and performance data to refine and optimize designs for better engagement and conversion rates
• Develop concepts and visuals that resonate with target audiences, particularly in the web3 and crypto spaces
• Maintain consistency in design language across all marketing channels and materials
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep Blum’s marketing fresh and competitive
• Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to overall brand growth

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Designer or similar role, ideally in the web3/crypto industry
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
• Familiarity with using analytics tools and marketing metrics to inform design decisions
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and user engagement
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
