Service Project Manager

Our growing company is looking for someone to help us manage projects and operations across the business. The ideal person for this role will be able to manage the full lifecycle of a project from dealing with sales to post project follow up. Expect to be the glue that holds together the team and ensures things run how they should.

What it will take:

To be successful in this role you should have some base technical knowledge, an interest in cyber security, excellent organisational skills and be great at building strong relationships with customers and co-workers.

Tanto Security a fast growing cyber security consultancy specialising in Offensive Security. We do cool hacking stuff kind of like in the movies with a lot less glamour and more report writing. Responsibilities

• Juggle multiple engagements - including resource allocation, scheduling and delivery tracking
• Act as a key point of contact for clients during projects
• Sync between sales and technical delivery
• Maintain project schedules and assist with resource planning
• Monitor projects to ensure they are on track and deal with problems before they get out of hand
• Facilitate kick off meetings, ensure customers get updates
• Review final deliverables to ensure consistency and high standards are maintained
• Help us get better at what we do and improve things
• Build strong relationships with our team and our clients
• Manage timelines and priorities

Over time we expect this role to grow. We want someone who will help us develop a robust project management process that will underpin the entire organisation.

Qualifications

• Some technical knowledge would be ideal
• If you have an interest in cyber security you'll be more likely to be successful in the role
• Experience in a role with similar responsibilities

This position is open to anyone with full working rights in Australia. We have offices in Sydney and Melbourne but offer full remote work for the right candidate.
