What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support recruiters by scheduling interviews and processing candidate travel and accommodations
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and interview teams, updating schedules and statuses as necessary
• Update applicant tracking system with candidate information and interview schedules
• Process pre-employment screenings, including background and drug tests
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing coordination or HR environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills to interact with personnel at all levels
• Proficiency in MS Office products and databases
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in coordinating hiring events or complex hiring initiatives
• Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and attention to detail
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly SmartRecruiters
