What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support recruiters by scheduling interviews and processing candidate travel and accommodations
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and interview teams, updating schedules and statuses as necessary
- Update applicant tracking system with candidate information and interview schedules
- Process pre-employment screenings, including background and drug tests
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing coordination or HR environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills to interact with personnel at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office products and databases
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in coordinating hiring events or complex hiring initiatives
- Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and attention to detail
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly SmartRecruiters
