This role

Your key focus areas will be:
- Shape and implement our internal communications strategy, lead employee engagement activities and ensure our Heroes feel aligned with our vision, no matter where they are in the world
- Play a key role in driving and delivering key internal events like our Global Gathering
- Play a central role in change management by helping teams navigate transformation with clarity and confidence.
This will include:
- Shaping and implementing our internal communications strategy to keep our Heroes aligned with our mission, vision, and organisational goals.
- Leading employee engagement activities, ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling communication across the company.
- Coordinating and executing large-scale internal events, such as our Global Gathering, which bring our remote global team together for learning, connection, and celebration.
- Coordinating and executing our fortnightly All Hands meetings across different time zones
- Partnering with Performance and Operations to lead change management initiatives that provide clarity, confidence, and a seamless transition for employees.
- Providing strategic insights and recommendations to leadership, helping to inform decision-making and optimise communication efforts.
- Collaborating with leadership to build strong relationships across various departments and ensure communication initiatives support key business objectives.
Who you are

- 5+ years of experience in an internal communications role within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- AI-first mindset, leveraging technology and automation to enhance communication strategies and improve employee engagement.
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messages.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale internal events, ensuring alignment with company culture, values, and engagement goals.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, and are committed to working to a high standard.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment, with a strong understanding of cross-cultural communication.
- Curiosity, are a team-player and can build supportive and collaborative relationships.
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and execute high-quality work under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment, with the ability to build relationships, drive engagement, and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
