Head of PerformanceAbout the Role:
My client is a leading creative performance agency specialising in DTC brands seeking an experienced Head of Performance. They need someone to lead their team of performance strategists, directing all paid media strategy across the agency. This role involves executing cross-channel performance marketing strategies, tracking client pacing, communicating account performance, collaborating with the creative team, and continuously improving performance to deliver ROI positive results for their clients worldwide.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years digital marketing agency experience, 3+ years in leadership
- MUST have recent and strong track record of running strategy for eCom brands
- Expert in Meta, Google, TikTok and cross-channel performance marketing
- Deep understanding of platform-specific creative requirements
- Experience scaling DTC brands past £500K+ monthly ad spend
- Expert in GA4, creative strategy, and CRO
- Strong knowledge of email/SMS marketing for improving customer LTV
- Exceptional project management, written and verbal communication skills
