• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Close deals end-to-end while representing Talentconex as a trusted partner

• Proven sales success in Healthcare, Telco, Logistics, or IT sectors
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-driven environment
• Strong networking, negotiation, and business development skills
• Comfortable with 100% commission structure
