This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling crypto prop trading business, where performance marketing is a primary driver of global growth. You will own the strategy and hands-on execution of paid acquisition across multiple channels, directly managing campaigns that influence user acquisition, trading activity, and revenue performance. Operating in a highly data-driven and experimental environment, you will continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns across global markets. The role requires both strategic vision and deep operational expertise, with full ownership of ad account performance. You will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and growth teams to ensure campaigns are both high-performing and aligned with broader business objectives. This is a high-impact position where your decisions directly shape acquisition efficiency and scaling outcomes. Accountabilities You will lead global performance marketing efforts end-to-end, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution across all major paid channels to drive scalable and efficient user acquisition.
- Own and execute performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube, programmatic, and emerging channels
- Manage daily campaign operations including building, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns
- Set and oversee budgets, forecasts, and channel allocation strategies with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and payback metrics
- Develop and run structured experimentation roadmaps, including creative testing and channel expansion initiatives
- Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate high-performing ad concepts across formats
- Collaborate with analytics teams to improve attribution, tracking infrastructure, and incrementality measurement
- Translate performance data into actionable insights, playbooks, and scalable growth frameworks
- Present results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements You bring strong, hands-on performance marketing experience in high-growth, data-driven environments, with the ability to balance strategy and execution at scale. You are comfortable operating independently and making decisions based on performance data and experimentation.
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition roles
- Proven track record managing large-scale paid media budgets with direct accountability for CAC, ROAS, and payback
- Deep expertise across major platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, and programmatic channels
- Strong understanding of attribution models, MMP tools, and incrementality testing methodologies
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel or SQL-adjacent capabilities for modeling and performance analysis
- Ability to operate as both strategist and hands-on operator in fast-paced environments
- Strong creative instincts and ability to guide performance-driven ad development
- Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or other high-intent, regulated industries is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
