About The Role
The Employee Experience & Impact Specialist will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace by managing employee programs, analyzing workforce data, and driving engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Director of DEI and Employee Experience, this role involves overseeing employee programs, managing data analytics related to workforce trends, and supporting initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management, and data analysis skills to drive meaningful and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Employee Experience Program Management & Support
- Support the management of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Coordinate logistics for employee programs, including events, training sessions, mentorship programs, and ERG initiatives.
- Assist in facilitating the DEI task force to drive company-wide DEI initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of mentorship programs.
- Administer and support the company's charitable matching program.
- Play a key role in supporting bi-annual Mental Health Summits.
Data, Metrics & Reporting
- Assist in collecting and analyzing workforce metrics to inform employee experience initiatives and talent retention strategies.
- Maintain dashboards and generate reports on hiring, retention, and employee satisfaction for leadership review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Impact
- Serve as a point of contact for employee experience-related inquiries and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with external organizations, workforce development partners, and community groups to expand outreach and impact.
- Assist in developing and managing communications, newsletters, and updates to ensure alignment and transparency across the company.
- Provide support to the Employee Experience team across DEI, Talent Management, Workplace Experience, and Internal Communications functions.
Success Metrics
- Engagement Survey Scores: Maintain an average of 75+ on the company’s Thriving Index.
- Mentorship Program Satisfaction: Ensure a 98%+ satisfaction rating for the mentorship program.
- ERG & Taskforce Support: Maintain a 90%+ confidence rating among ERG and taskforce leads regarding the knowledge, resources, and support available for their roles.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Employee Experience, DEI, Talent Development, or related fields.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting DEI programs, employee engagement initiatives, or mentorship programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working in a remote-first, evolving, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., Lattice, Greenhouse, Tableau) is a plus.
- Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and using metrics to inform decision-making.
- Experience supporting internal communications is preferred but not required.
Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is $72,900-$91,130, with a comprehensive total rewards package, including stock options and benefits. Individual compensation is determined based on experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
