The Opportunity
We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in the UK to lead growth within our US Federal Practice. This role is ideal for someone with experience in technology recruitment or consulting, who understands how commercial, technical, and delivery teams come together to help vendors succeed in the Federal ecosystem.
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business, building trusted relationships with technology founders and growth leaders, and positioning NINE as the go-to partner for Federal-ready talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development to engage technology vendors expanding into the US Federal Market.
- Build long-term relationships with Founders, CROs, Federal Sales Leaders, and Talent Executives across cybersecurity, AI, and SaaS.
- Partner with internal delivery and intelligence teams to provide clients with recruitment and advisory solutions.
- Represent NINE at Federal market events, online forums, and through thought leadership on LinkedIn and digital platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in talent advisory or recruitment sales within technology markets.
- Understanding or exposure to the US Federal ecosystem — or experience supporting US or global tech vendors expand into new markets
- Track record of winning new business and building strong client relationships at senior levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
