Senior Global Regulatory Operations Manager – 12-Month Remote Contract – £87,000

A leading global technology platform is securing a senior operator to design, execute and scale regulatory compliance programmes across multiple international jurisdictions. The remit is high-stakes, cross-functional and commercially sensitive. The organisation expects pace, precision and strategic clarity. You will be accountable for operational delivery, regulatory adherence, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy and Operations.

This role demands an individual who can impose structure in ambiguity, challenge assumptions, drive measurable outcomes and maintain executive-ready communication standards. The successful candidate will lead the operational rhythm for multiple markets, steer programme execution end-to-end and identify risk-reduction opportunities that materially improve compliance posture and scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum eight years’ experience in operations, regulatory, consulting or programme delivery roles within complex, fast-moving environments.

• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programmes with measurable impact across technical and non-technical teams.

• Demonstrable experience managing regulatory, compliance or policy-driven operational frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

• Ability to operate autonomously, make informed decisions under pressure and manage competing priorities in ambiguous contexts.

Skills

• Strong analytical capability with a data-driven mindset; SQL exposure is an advantage.

• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills suitable for executive-level stakeholders.

• High attention to detail with disciplined programme assurance and quality standards.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, challenging operational assumptions and adapting rapidly to shifting regulatory landscapes.
