WP Creative is a web agency that's in growth mode, and looking for an experienced technical leader who can lead their talented team of Account Managers from the front.
This role has had a lot of interest with its generous salary and 100% remote offering - so let's get the must-haves out of the way first.
- Deep WordPress experience - this isn't "yeah we've used WordPress on our website before" - it's "I've shipped 45+ client projects with Elementor and here are the Top 3 things that go wrong". We want someone who has been in the trenches with the platform and knows the ins and outs of it to both lead the client and be a source of escalation for the AM team
- Leadership experience - you've led teams before. This isn't the role for someone moving from an individual contributor position and ready to step-up. We want someone who can inherit a team, keep things humming, and create the space to thrive
- You've managed high-volumes of accounts at once - you know how to keep 30 plates spinning and enjoy the pitter-patter that comes with the pacing and cadence of high-volume. This isn't because the business is pure chaos - it's because it wants to grow even further with its subscription model and wants someone who knows how to handle more.

This Client Partner role sits at $140k salary with $200k+ OTE for a star performer that can grow the business.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Own the total revenue for a portfolio of growth-stage accounts
- Be the bridge between delivery and growth, leading onboarding, QBRs, renewals, and strategic upsells
- Spot and act on expansion opportunities across care plans and new projects
- Partner with Project Managers and offshore delivery teams to ensure top-tier execution
- Coach the team to elevate client experience and deepen retention
- Streamline processes across HubSpot and ClickUp to make growth scalable
- Review creative outputs, steer delivery quality, and always tie it back to the business outcome

Clients stay longer, grow faster, and refer more
Monthly recurring revenue goes up, and so does Net Revenue Retention
You build repeatable systems that make post-sale growth more predictable
You become the trusted face of WP Creative’s strategic value
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in strategic account management, client success, or post-sale growth
- Proven track record owning and growing account revenue (this is not a passive AM role)
- Deep understanding of websites, SEO, CRO, and digital strategy
- Experience selling into Australian marketing teams (mid-market, B2B)
- Calm, confident communicator who adds value in every conversation
- Comfortable leading teams, managing offshore delivery, and jumping into detail when needed
Tools You'll Use:HubSpot – for pipeline, communication, NPS, and expansion
ClickUp – for project workflows and PM visibility
Google Workspace, Loom, Fireflies, AirCall

This role is to be filled by Pointer, it is not for Pointer.
