Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging English language lessons for learners across varying proficiency levels.
• Use interactive teaching methods and digital tools to enhance virtual classroom experiences.
• Assess learner progress through feedback, assignments, and participation tracking.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that builds confidence and language fluency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop curriculum resources and maintain instructional quality.
• Model clear, professional written and verbal English communication for learners.

Requirements

• Native-level or advanced proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong experience teaching English in classroom or virtual learning environments.
• Proven ability to create structured lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Comfortable using online teaching platforms and educational technology tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Commitment to learner engagement, inclusivity, and educational outcomes.
