What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead projects from requirements definition through implementation and completion, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate internal and external resources to keep project activities on track and aligned with priorities
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and adjust scope and schedules to meet timelines and budget constraints
• Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and facilitating project meetings

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Project management experience, ideally with healthcare-related projects
• Experience in healthcare administration, health insurance, or TPA environments preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects involving cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
