We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and creative strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of how to measure, analyse, and improve creative performance in digital advertising. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of creative strategies, and working closely with internal teams to optimise ad performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed effectively.
- Oversee creative strategy execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and digital advertising performance metrics.
- Analyse creative performance across digital campaigns and provide insights to improve engagement and conversions.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality content on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative effectiveness using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Manage feedback loops, revision cycles, and quality control to ensure content meets performance standards.
- Drive client retention and upsells by demonstrating value through performance insights and strategic recommendations.
- Continuously refine internal processes to improve workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or project management within a digital marketing or creative agency.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including performance marketing, paid social, and creative optimisation.
- Strong understanding of how to measure and improve creative performance in digital advertising.
- Experience working with data-driven insights to refine creative strategies and increase ad performance.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with digital tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, analytics platforms, Notion, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
