Project Manager (L&D)

Job Title: Project Manager (L&D) Location-Type: Remote Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: May 11 - Sep 14, 2026 (contract) Compensation Range: $36/hr - $46/hour W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Job Description: This role supports the execution of learning and development initiatives by translating strategic plans into actionable, well-managed projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Translate learning strategies into detailed project plans
• Manage end-to-end execution of L&D initiatives
• Track timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using project management tools
• Coordinate with stakeholders, instructional designers, facilitators, and vendors
• Oversee logistics for virtual and in-person learning programs
• Provide status updates and identify risks or delays
• Support measurement of program effectiveness and gather feedback

Requirements:Must-Haves:

• 3-5 years of project management experience
• 3-5 years of recent experience supporting Learning & Development or HR initiatives
• Experience with LMS platforms and virtual learning tools
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
• Understanding of adult learning principles
