Project Manager - Fitout

In this role, you will oversee fit-out and construction projects from inception through to completion in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a flexible, fully remote setup supported by site visits and a weekly in-person team alignment meeting, allowing you to stay connected while maintaining autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of construction and fit-out projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Provide regular reporting on project progress
• Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience in fit-out and/or construction project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Knowledge of WA construction processes and standards (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
