Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a Marketing Events Coordinator to support a global enterprise B2B organization. Candidates must reside in one of the states listed above to be considered. This role is designed for early-career professionals (1–3 years) with hands-on experience supporting corporate marketing events and ready to operate in a structured, high-volume, detail-driven environment.
This is a coordination-focused role centered on execution, logistics, and systems. You will support trade shows, webinars, and field marketing programs, partnering with global marketing and operations teams to ensure events are delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate logistics for B2B marketing trade shows (must have experience here), events, webinars, and field programs
- Manage event documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, and show orders
- Coordinate travel, shipping, and onsite materials, including booths, demos, and collateral
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Track requests for event assets and deliverables, following up with internal teams and vendors
- Upload and manage post-event leads within marketing automation systems
- Support multiple stakeholders by prioritizing and executing concurrent requestsWhat We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of B2B or corporate marketing event experience (trade shows-must have expernce, conferences, webinars, field marketing)
- Experience in a large organization or structured marketing environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and workflow tools
- Familiarity with marketing automation or lead management platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua) is a plus
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, LA, MN, NV, TX, UT, or WI
- Backgrounds in social, wedding, or private event planning are helpful, but need some B2B to be aligned with this roleBenefits
