Product Designer (UI/UX)

Our client an award-winning RegTech SaaS company is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with a background in fintech SaaS to help shape user experiences across digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance engagement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and translate them into engaging design solutions.
• Lead the design process from concept to implementation, creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps in Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and optimize the customer experience.
• Develop design specifications and documentation to guide development teams.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance insights to continuously improve usability.
• Advocate for user-centered design and best practices across the organization.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate them into design strategies.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a fintech SaaS or scale-up environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work in regulated industries.
• Expertise in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience with user journey mapping, customer storyboarding, and usability testing.
• Strong collaboration skills, working within agile teams alongside engineers and product managers.
• Excellent communication and ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
