You'll support a global Delivery organization by analyzing capacity, aligning skills with project needs, and ensuring smooth execution of customer engagements. Accountabilities:
- Analyze team capacity and proactively manage resource allocation for delivery engagements across global regions
- Maintain a comprehensive skills matrix to match the right team members with project demands based on expertise, availability, and cost
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as billable utilization, staffing efficiency, and resource readiness to support informed decision-making
- Develop and implement scalable resource management best practices, tools, and processes
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with Delivery and Freelance Community teams in AMER, EMEA, and APAC, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in resource management within a SaaS or software delivery organization
- Deep understanding of Professional Services operations, including staffing, delivery, billing, and project closure
- Proven ability to manage contractor staffing and work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with a process-driven, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- RMCP (Resource Manager Certified Professional) certification is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a distributed, multicultural environment
