Senior Project Manager – HUB Services & Market Insights

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee strategic business initiatives supporting our Patient Access HUB Services and Market Insights teams. What will you be doing?

• Lead end-to-end management of strategic projects across phases including Discover, Define, Deliver, Launch, and Close
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation
• Serve as a key partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain accountability for timelines, milestones, and stakeholder expectations
• Communicate status updates, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget
• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts to maintain quality and timely service delivery
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect project goals
• Champion continuous improvement in project management processes and tools

What do you need for this position?

• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare, patient access, or HUB services strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility initiatives, including cross-functional and external partnerships
• Skilled in project management methodologies such as PMBOK or Agile
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver with exceptional organizational and communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; PMP certification preferred
