Senior Product Designer

Our client is one of the worlds largest sports gaming and iGaming operators. Based in Australia , this position is open to remote working, but in Australia or NZ only.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll have a solid iOS background and be at the forefront of supporting cutting-edge technologies and products used by thousands of customers every day. Their Design team plays a crucial role across their brands, crafting innovative and detailed user flows, stories, and designs that define how our customers engage with our products across various brands. You bring the skills and passion necessary to create engaging, user-friendly, and accessible digital experiences, enabling customers to fully enjoy and interact with our products.

Your day-to-day...

• Work closely with stakeholders across various business units to deeply understand design contexts and translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centred solutions. You’ll drive the design process while fostering collaboration within the team.
• Manage your workload with a high degree of autonomy, effectively prioritising tasks and projects to meet tight deadlines and business-critical milestones.
• Capture and communicate intricate details in your design work, including well-annotated deliverables that clearly convey design thinking, customer insights, and feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement by proactively proposing multiple innovative ideas that enhance both designs and internal processes, contributing to the evolution of our design practice.
• Produce clear, concise, and actionable design documentation, including handover notes, flow maps, and detailed annotations, to ensure seamless communication with development teams.

What you’ll bring...

• Capable of making informed, strategic design decisions independently while also being open to direction and feedback when necessary.
• Show advanced knowledge in UX and UI design, consistently delivering high-quality product designs that meet user needs and business goals.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Native iOS & Android patterns and nuances, ensuring your designs are optimized for both platforms.
• Strong understanding of Apple HIG and Material Design System 3 is desirable.
• Adept at designing within a white-label environment, skilfully adapting your designs to meet the requirements of multiple brands.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, from developers to executive leadership.
