Remote Project Manager – Global Tech EventsOverview IntePros Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join a leading global cloud services organization's events team. This position supports operations surrounding a high-profile global technology event, particularly focused on the embargo management workstream tied to over 400 launch-related sessions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth execution of sensitive, large-scale event logistics and will work cross-functionally across teams managing confidential session and launch content. Key Responsibilities

• Manage communications with allocation groups regarding 400+ embargoed sessions
• Obtain and validate session and launch information
• Audit and maintain session data for accuracy and completeness
• Update embargo tracking systems (Airtable) with timely and accurate launch information
• Schedule and facilitate embargo session review meetings with Allocation Owners (AOs)
• Coordinate across multiple internal teams, including event programming and content production units to manage session-related logistics and approvals
• Serve as a point of contact for embargo-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, event coordination, or program operations
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-stakes events or product launches
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and maintain confidentiality
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar project tracking systems

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required
