Overview

A new eCommerce brand is being built from the ground up. There is no registered company, product line, or external funding yet. We are seeking an experienced ECommerce Specialist to join as a Co-Founder and build the brand from zero to revenue.

This is a founding partnership, not a salaried role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate profitable product opportunities

• Develop sourcing, supplier, and pricing strategy

• Build and manage the online store platform

• Lead customer acquisition and paid marketing

• Optimize conversion rates and retention

• Contribute to overall brand strategy and scaling plan

Ideal Profile

• Proven track record in eCommerce or DTC brands

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and performance ads

• Experience with product research and supplier management

• Data-driven, execution-focused, and entrepreneurial

• Willing to build without salary initially
