In this role, you’ll collaborate with product and development teams to turn vision into reality—aligning backlogs with strategy, amplifying the voice of end-users, and ensuring high-value features drive success. You’ll take an active role in shaping the product roadmap, driving user research, analysing key trends, and ensuring alignment with our product experience. Ultimately, you will work with the Director of Product Design to ensure new solutions support and align with the Evotix product experience. What You'll Do As a Product Manager, You Will

• Be a product leader. Contribute to, endorse, and promote the overall direction of the product both internally and externally.
• Be accountable for overall product performance alongside other members of the product team – new business sales, upsell, renewals/resell.
• Contribute to Ideation for roadmap planning.
• Assist PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs.
• Co-facilitate the PI planning event alongside the Senior Product Managers and Director of Product Design and Product Managers.
• Product Managers are responsible for supervising the prioritization and planning efforts for their Agile product team(s).
• Assist in tracking the execution and desired business outcome of features and capabilities.
• Excite the team with the positioning of our products, our USPs, how we relate to competitors, etc.
• Work closely with agile development teams to deliver great products and services for our customers.
• Proactively communicate progress, decisions, impediments, and risks.
• Know your product details and contribute a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the product and mission.
• Conduct thorough end to end UAT on features delivered.
• Provide information and support to Product Marketing to successfully enable internal and customer teams to receive value realization from product deliverables.
• Assist in timely documentation and online help for product deliverables.

What You'll Bring

• At least two years working as a product manager (owner) or business analyst in a B2B or B2C SaaS company
• At least two years of defining and documenting product requirements into small, well-articulated, and valuable deliverables
• You have used a variety of business analysis tools and techniques to aid in the breakdown of large chunks of work, elicit requirements, or make decisions
• Can derive actionable insights from customer usage data
• A self-directed, rapid learner with high drive and determination
• Commercial – driven by the desire to position your solutions to achieve business objectives
• Analytical – can integrate diverse inputs to provide insights into product strategy
• Collaborative - maintains strong internal relationships and acts as a critical linkage between stakeholders and technical teams
• Technical – experience with SQL and a strong interest in using new technology
• Strong communicator and influencer – both written and verbal
• Strong facilitation skills
