Our specialties include Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Payroll, Recruitment, HR and Payroll system implementations, Workplace Health and Safety, and Workers Compensation. While the role will be varied, it is essential that you have extensive experience in Industrial Relations, across multiple industries. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll work remotely with diverse clients across sectors, solving HR and IR challenges every day. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert, confident advice on Award coverage, classification, and interpretation, across multiple industries, however experience in the SCHADS, Building and Construction, GRIA will be advantageous.
  • Advising on performance management, absenteeism, misconduct, and termination processes.
  • Supporting clients in managing employee disputes, redundancies, and consultation obligations.
  • Drafting and tailoring employment contracts to suit industry, role, and compliance requirements.
  • Acting as the in house HR Manager for key clients, managing all HR queries and processes.
  • Reviewing and developing policies and procedures aligned with best practice and legislation.
  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment where required – however is not a large part of the job.

What We’re Looking For We need a high-performing, IR-confident consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety of consultancy life. You’ll Need

  • Minimum 7 years' HR experience, ideally in consultancy or across multiple industries.
  • Demonstrated confidence in IR matters—particularly Award interpretation, misconduct, and compliance.
  • SCHADS Award experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and NES.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable advising clients and leading conversations.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • EBA experience is desirable, but not essential.
